Dixie Williams accused of kidnapping Tillie Claire Williams, 5, and Natalia Williams, 1
LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – An arrest warrant has been issued for the biological mother accused of kidnapping two girls in Lake County, according to sheriff’s officials.
Tillie Claire Williams, 5, and Natalia Williams, 1, were reported missing Thursday out of Sorrento, where they were last seen in the 23000 block of Companero Drive.
Dixie Williams, who may also go by the last name “Stumpner,” is accused of taking the girls from their foster home.
2022 booking photo of Dixie Krista Williams (Copyright 2024 by WKMG ClickOrlando - All rights reserved.)According to a probable cause affidavit, Dixie Williams recently borrowed the foster parents’ vehicle and they later noticed their neighborhood pass was missing and may have been how Dixie Williams or Cody Williams, the girls’ biological father, possibly entered the neighborhood.
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office said detectives have not been able to determine what vehicle the three may be traveling in.
Tillie Williams is 3 feet, 5 inches tall, about 45 pounds and has long, straight, brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing gray or navy blue pajamas with multicolored hearts.
Deputies said Natalia Williams is 2 feet, 5 inches tall and 30 pounds, with short, brown, curly hair. She was last seen wearing a pink pajama dress and pink pants with hearts.
