Police have advised motorists to to take care on the roads across Northern Ireland on Wednesday morning.
A weather warning for snow and ice was in place until 10am this morning, with frequent snow showers taking place yesterday afternoon and evening, with icy patches developing overnight into this morning.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Please take extra care on the roads this morning especially on those which may not have been gritted. Clear your windscreen of ice before you set off and remember to slow down and increase the distance between you and the vehicle ahead."

A yellow weather alert issued by the Met Office for snow and ice will remain in place until 12pm today. It covers the whole of NI.
The Met Office said: "Snow and icy patches leading to some disruption to travel. Showers of rain and sleet near coasts, and snow inland, will continue to affect Northern Ireland this afternoon and into this evening. Overnight, showers should become confined to coastal areas. With winds easing, it is likely to be a much colder night than last night, bringing widespread frost and icy patches."

Today:
A mostly dry but cold day with some sunshine, though with the chance of a few freezing fog patches in the south. A few coastal wintry showers. Icy patches. Light winds. Maximum temperature 2 °C.
Tonight:
Still a few wintry showers in the north and down North Channel coasts, otherwise dry with some clear intervals and perhaps the odd fog patch in the south. Minimum temperature -5 °C.

Disruption to some bus routes
Translink has advised of some disruption to some Ulsterbus routes this morning in parts of Mid Ulster and the West due to road conditions.
Due to poor road conditions, bus services, including school services, operating in the Magherfelt & Cookstown area are subject to delay & disruption. Services will operate main roads only.
Meanwhile in Derry, due to poor road conditions, FoyleMetro & local services are subject to delay & disruption. Services will operate main roads only.
Due to weather conditions, service 307a Stratheden Heights is unable to serve Mandevile Ave & Cooleen Ave & service 307c Beverley Heights is unable to serve Beverley Mews at present.
Due to poor road conditions in the area, service j45 at 07:50 will not serve Fivemile hill and Glen Chapel. Service will start at Lurganare.

Weather warning until noon
A yellow weather alert issued by the Met Office for snow and ice came into force at 3pm on Tuesday and will remain in place until 12pm today. It covers the whole of NI.
