Former wide receiver gifts LSU football team sunglasses ahead of season opener

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — As LSU is expected to bring the heat this season, a former teammate and current NFL player is helping them stay cool.

Head football coach, Brian Kelly, posted to social media that Minnesota Vikings star, Justin Jefferson, gifted the team sunglasses. Kelly can be seen posing with the sunglasses, but he isn’t the only one enjoying the shades.

The official LSU Football account posted pictures of multiple players posing with the sunglasses and thanked Jefferson for helping the team get ready for the season.

The Tigers will play against Florida State University at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 3 in their season opener.
