Florida troopers say car struck tree, became engulfed in flames

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – A 21-year-old Palm Coast woman was killed early Monday in a fiery crash in Flagler County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The fatal single-vehicle wreck happened around 12:15 a.m. on Old Kings Road near Town Center Boulevard, just east of I-95.
The FHP said the woman was driving south on Old Kings Road when she traveled across the northbound lanes, struck a tree and the vehicle became engulfed in flames.
The Flagler County Fire Department extinguished the fire.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, the FHP said.
No other details have been released.
