NFL star Jason Kelce may have to rush into the stands during next weekend's Super Bowl as his wife Kylie is 38 weeks pregnant.
The Arizona showdown on February 12 will be a family affair for the Kelce cohort anyway with Philadelphia Eagles center Jason facing brother and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
But it could be made more of one by the arrival of another member to add to the Kelce family.
The 35-year-old Eagles player and his wife already share Elliotte Ray, 22 months and Wyatt, three, are expecting a third girl, but the football star revealed Kylie will bring her OB-GYN as a guest at Glendale's State Farm Stadium in case she goes into labor.
'Kylie's bringing her OB because she's going to be 38 weeks pregnant at the game,' Jason told Travis on their podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce.

'Dude! Dude,' Travis said.
'That could be a super Kelce Bowl. If she has a baby in the stadium, it's officially scripted,' Jason laughed.
'We're in The Matrix, there's no f--ing way,' Travis said.
Sunday was a day to remember for the Kelce family as both clinched spots in the Super Bowl.
Jason's Eagles emphatically beat the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC before Travis and the Chiefs won the AFC Championship against the Cincinnati Bengals.
'Are mom and dad sitting on your sideline? Are they sitting on my sideline?' Jason asked his younger sibling.
'We do have to figure that out because we each get a certain amount of tickets, and I feel like you're going to have more of a family-oriented thing,' the 33-year-old replied.
'I'm also bringing Kylie's parents, I'm bringing the girls,' Jason added.
The Philadelphia Eagles center heard some much-needed support from the unlikeliest place on Sunday morning: His three-year-old daughter Wyatt's nanny cam. 'E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagle, yay!'
The two brothers won't take to the field at the same time with both playing on their respective teams' offense - Jason is an All-Pro center and Travis is an All-Pro tight end.
Cleveland natives who went on to star with the University of Cincinnati, Travis and Jason both rank among the best at their respective positions, and each have already won a Super Bowl: The older brother in 2018 and the younger sibling in 2020.
The Kelce brothers are close off the field, and launched their podcast together last year.
'We are two brothers from Cleveland Heights who, as kids, had a dream of turning pro, and now we're here to give our thoughts from inside the game,' read a statement about the show.
'We've been waiting for the right moment to do this show, and with 12 Pro Bowls and 2 rings between us, we have a few things to say about the league, the new talent on the field, the upcoming season, and our lives off the field.
'There will be a few notable names to join us on episodes, but for the most part, this will be a raw dialogue between two brothers who had the chance to live out their childhood football dreams together.'
