In the latest development in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) lawsuit against Binance, Binance.US, and CEO CZ, the federal judge has delayed a hearing or ruling on the dismissal of the lawsuit. Plaintiff and defendants, as well as amici curiae, are now set to appear for an in-court hearing scheduled in January 2024.
