Have always been totally against screen protectors because the main feature of a modern smartphone is how well the screen performs and shoving a bit of cling film over the top always just ruins the experience. And in 20 years of owning smartphones I have only ever smashed a screen once which was not even my fault. I am always super-careful. But with a new iPhone 14 Pro I didn’t want to take the risk and I’m pleased I didn’t. Installed one of these before doing anything else. Installation process is actually fun – love the contraption to install it. That worked perfectly. And using the phone with the protector in place is just as good as without. Then a few weeks later the £1000 phone slipped out of my pocket and to my horror I saw some big cracks. But yep – it was just the screen protector and I breathed a sigh of relief. There are two in a pack so back up and running no worries and have had no hesitation in ordering another set, in case it happens again. Great value and a great product.

Two hard plastic applicators in the same box for two protectors is annoying and seems highly wasteful. After applying a protector a single dust spot had managed to get on the protector and caused a small but visible bubble. I was able to pry up a corner and use the sticky dust removal strip supplied to poke it in and grab the dust spec.
To be fair this could happen to any protector if there is dust around and once the protector went back down I had a huge bubble but was able to squeegee it out fairly easily. But aftet those initial hurdles the protector sits very nicely positioned on the screen, aligns nicely with the spigen case I bought separately. Best thing is that I have not had to clean the screen once in the few weeks installing it. Not a single smear of “screen margarine”
And the clarity is so good I really don’t know it is there. So despite the wastefulness of the applicators I’m really happy with this protector and will definitely buy again if I need to.
