REXBURG — The EastIdahoNews.com team is highlighting different jobs in our area, and today, we’re workin’ it at Florence’s Chocolates in Rexburg. 

Owner Brian Manwaring showed me that a whole operation of beautiful and delicious chocolate is being made! I learned how to make a luscious cherry cordial and package various sweets for sale. 

His wife Michelle, also an owner, is a certified chocolatier and showed me how to hand-dip chocolate, which is no easy feat.

Brian told EastIdahoNews.com that they go through and sell about 30,000 pounds of chocolate each year.
