This is the moment a man was airlifted from rocks close to the Giant's Causeway in Co Antrim after he got into difficulties while coasteering.
Coastguard Rescue teams from Ballycastle, Coleraine and Portrush swing into action on Sunday afternoon when the man injured his back whilst participating in the shoreline jumping activity.
The Coastguard helicopter and the Air Ambulance were also tasked to the scene due to the rugged nature of the terrain on Co Antrim's north coast.
In a post on Facebook, Belfast Coastguard said: "This afternoon around 12:45, a male coasteering close to the Giants Causeway suffered back injuries. Coastguard Rescue Teams from Ballycastle and Coleraine Coastguard Rescue Teams and a Coastguard Incident Commander were tasked to the scene. Portrush lifeboat was also requested to launch.
"On scene, teams were joined by paramedics from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and the Air Ambulance Northern Ireland. After initial assessment, the casualty was winched by Coastguard helicopter, before being passed into the care of the air ambulance for onward travel to hospital.
"The group were well equipped and done the correct thing by calling the Coastguard on 999 as soon as the accident happened."
