University Street Belfast crash leaves car on its side as PSNI issue appeal

Police have issued an appeal following a two vehicle crash in South Belfast.

Officers attended the scene in the Botanic Avenue area at its junction with University Street at around 12.20pm on Friday, March 28. There have been no reports of any injuries at this time.

Images from the scene show a dark coloured car on its side on University Street. Following the incident, police have issued an appeal for information.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Police attended a report of a two vehicle road traffic collision in the Botanic Avenue area of south Belfast at around 12.20pm today, Friday 28th March. There are no reports of any injuries at this time.

"Enquiries are ongoing, and anyone who might have any information or witnessed the incident, are asked to contact police on 101 and quote police reference number 647 of 28/03/25."
