There has been an outpouring of grief across Belfast following the passing of 'kind-hearted' Chloe Ferris at a nightclub in Belfast.
Chloe Ferris was found dead at Lux nightclub on Dunbar Street in the early hours of Sunday morning after the emergency services were called to reports of two women who were unconscious. Another woman was found alongside her and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Her funeral is due to be held on Thursday, December 5, with a statement accompanying the announcement saying: "Beloved daughter of Declan and Sharon, much loved sister of Christopher, Declan and Barry, much loved Aunt, Niece, Cousin , part of the “Sister Squad” and friend to many. R.I.P."

The news of her passing has seen an outpouring of grief across the city and Northern Ireland as people express their heartbreak at the tragic loss of a young woman who had her whole life ahead of her and who was making her mark on the world with her popular business Chloe's Beauty which she started while she was still in school.
In September, Chloe posted on her business Facebook page about a special 'full-circle moment' where she attended her former school St Louise's to discuss with A-Level students about how she started Chloe's Beauty as it was being used as an example to others.
She said: "Started Chloe’s Beauty when I was in St Louise’s doing my A-levels, now Anna’s 6th year students are using my small business as the example in their a-level coursework. A Full circle moment."
St Clare's Primary School, where Chloe attended as a child, issued a statement on social media expressing their sadness at her passing saying: "Thinking of One of Our Past Pupils who died Suddenly today Chloe Ferris Deepest Sympathy to Her Mum, Dad and Brothers at this Heartbreaking Time. From All Staff Past and Present."
Across social media there have been hundreds of tributes to Chloe with her being described as a beautiful and kind-hearted person who was loved by everyone who knew her.
One person said: "RIP you beautiful girl, one of the most genuine, caring and amazing girls I’ve ever known. Absolutely heartbreaking. Thinking of all her family & friends."
Another said: "Heartbreaking, Chloe was one of the most beautiful people inside and out. Thinking of her friends and family at this very sad time."
Sinn Fein MLA Orlaithi Flynn said: “I am shocked and deeply saddened to learn that a young woman lost her life in the early hours of Sunday morning in Belfast city centre.
“This is an absolute tragedy and I want to extend my deepest condolences to the woman’s family and friends who have woken today to this unthinkable and heartbreaking news.
“My thoughts are also with another woman and her loved ones as she remains in hospital today undergoing treatment.
“Police have appealed for anyone who may be able to assist their investigation to contact them.”
Colin Neill, the chief executive of Hospitality Ulster said he was saddened by the news.
He added: “Nobody should ever go on a night out and not return home.
“As we await more information, we extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of the woman who has died.
“Our thoughts are also with the woman who remains in hospital.”
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of a woman in her 20s at a nightclub in Belfast city centre during the early hours of this morning, Sunday 1 December.
“Police, fire crews and paramedics were called to the venue at around 2.20am following reports that two women had fallen unconscious.
“Sadly upon the arrival of the emergency services, one of the women was found to have passed away.
“The other was taken to hospital where she remains undergoing treatment.
“Police inquiries are at a very early stage and anyone who believes they may have information that could assist can contact police on 101 or submit information online via http://www.psni.police.uk/makeareport/.”
