The Constitutional Court said Thursday it has again sent a notice on impeachment to President Yoon Suk Yeol's residence, after Yoon's side refused to receive the documents.
The court said it plans to decide early next week whether it will consider the notice has been delivered to Yoon.
The court held the first plenary meeting of its justices earlier in the day to discuss the details of Yoon's upcoming trial following the National Assembly's vote to impeach him over his Dec. 3 martial law attempt.
The court has sent the necessary papers to Yoon in person and via mail, requiring him to submit a written response within seven days, but the delivery has been delayed as the presidential security service has been uncooperative. (Yonhap)
