WENDALL — A 27-year-old man Texas man died after a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning, Idaho State Police said in a news release.
The crash occurred just before 1 a.m. Saturday, according to police. The victim was driving a Ford Edge, heading east on I-84 when the vehicle went off the left shoulder of the road. The driver reportedly overcorrected, which caused his vehicle to roll.
“Witnesses on scene transported the driver to a local medical center,” police said in the news release.
Later, the man was airlifted to another hospital, where he died.
According to the news release, he was wearing a seat belt.
This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
