Mnet's popular dance survival "Street Woman Fighter" is returning for a third season, this time expanding its stage to the global arena for an even fiercer dance battle.

This new season, titled "World of Street Woman Fighter" (WSWF), will feature talented crews representing various countries as they compete to be crowned the world's best, according to the music channel.

Mnet recently released a teaser video for the third season, drawing attention with its impressive lineup of countries, including the United States, France, Japan, New Zealand and Brazil.

The audience is eagerly anticipating who the new crews will be that will once again captivate viewers with "SWF fever," and how the crew representing Korea will be formed.

"Street Woman Fighter" debuted in 2021 and quickly became a global hit, launching the careers of renowned dancers like Honey J, Aiki, Monica and Gabee.

This success led to spin-off shows featuring male dancers,"Street Man Fighter," female teenage dancers, "Street Dance Girls Fighter" and even a program "Stage Fighter" that showcased K-classical dance and introduced new stars like Korean dancer Choi Ho-jong and ballerino Kang Gyeong-ho.

Netizens who heard the news left comments such as, "I wonder who will be the next Gabee or Aiki" and "I think another dance challenge craze is about to start,"expressing their excitement for the upcoming show.

"World of Street Woman Fighter" is scheduled to premiere in May.
