The owners of a popular sandwich shop in Belfast have teased the opening of a third location in the city.
Stacked Gourmet Sandwich Bar first opened on the Glen Road in West Belfast in April 2022 and have since opened a second spot on the Antrim Road. Winning multiple awards and seeing customers travel from across Belfast and beyond for their food, the Stacked team picked up another award last week.
At the NI Takeaway Awards 2025, Stacked won the 'Best Cafe/Deli Takeaway in Northern Ireland'.
Speaking to Belfast Live, the team teased at an expansion of the Stacked brand.
"We are absolutely blown away by this recognition for our brand," they said.
"Winning overall Best Cafe/Deli in NI is some achievement given how many great eating places we have here. We came up against the best of the best in the deli/cafe world here. We were voted, independently judged on our food and customer services and came out on top.
"For a small place in West and North Belfast this is massive. We always strive to deliver top quality food with a service that is both welcoming and sincere. The key ingredient and one of which we are most proud is our team, without every one of them, we would never smash what we do on a daily basis and we want to thank them all individually and of course, all our loyal customers who travel far and wide to our wee shop in West Belfast.
"We have big plans this year to expand the Stacked brand so keep your eyes peeled!"
In a post on their Facebook page, they paid tribute to those customers who come from near and far for coffees, lunches, and takeaways.
"As the dust settles on Monday night's award, we want to say how beyond grateful and honoured we are to be recognised as NI's best cafe/deli for 2025. This achievement would not have been possible without your unwavering support, loyalty, and encouragement.
"Every cup of coffee, every meal shared, and every kind word has contributed to making Stacked a place where community and quality come together. We extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible team, whose dedication and passion make all the difference.
"This award is not just ours, it belongs to each of you who have supported us along the way. Thank you for being part of our journey, and we look forward to serving you for many more years to come."
