Shelley senior signs to play football at Montana Western

SHELLEY — Shelley High School senior Chance Waite has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend and play football at the University of Montana Wester.

Waite starred for the Russets on both sides of the ball, as a running back and linebacker.

Shelley finished the 2024 season with a 3-7 record.

Montana Western were 10-2 in 2024. They were eliminated from the NAIA Football Championship Series by Morningside University (Iowa).
