POCATELLO — An RV landed in the Portneuf River on Wednesday evening.
It went through a fence off a steep concrete wall into the river. There were a man, woman and dog in the RV at the time of the crash, and it’s unknown if they were hurt. No deaths have been reported.
According to Marlise Irby-Facer, spokesperson for the city, emergency services responded to the crash around 4:45 p.m.
The crash took place in the area of Historic Downtown Pocatello. A witness said it was on West Bonneville Street.
As of 6:20 p.m., emergency services were still working to remove the RV from the river.
