Ruth Langsford was spotted busting some solid moves on the dance floor alongside her friend Rylan Clark, as they lit up the capital with their party antics last Saturday night. The 64-year-old 'Loose Women' star was caught on camera by Rylan strutting to Montell Jordan's anthem, 'This Is How We Do It,' with quite the "saucy" flair.
In a tit-for-tat of fun, Ruth shared footage on her own socials capturing Rylan getting his groove on with Shakira's iconic number, 'Hips Don't Lie. ' Both she and Rylan appeared to be having the time of their lives, joined by television's own Lizzie Cundy for what looked like an epic evening.
Since parting ways with Eamonn Holmes in May of last year, Ruth has shed a stone-and-a-half through her newfound commitment to exercise and better nutrition. Personal trainer Laurel Alper complimented Ruth in an interview with Woman Magazine, stating: "Ruth looks like she's slimmed down from a size 16 to 14. She's probably lost about 1st 7lb - you can really see she's lost weight across her middle, thighs and face."
Ruth is no stranger to sharing details about her lifestyle, often being candid about weight and food topics. Her Instagram lately has been sprinkled with glimpses into her "healthier" direction this year, including posts of meals featuring boiled eggs, turkey, and salad, as well as snippets of her daily green juice concoctions made from ingredients like ginger, spinach, cucumber, pineapple, apple, and water.
"I take this to work most days," Ruth revealed to fans, noting that it keeps her clear of processed snacks, reports the Mirror.
Rylan swears by his trusty lunchboxes as a vital tool to ward off his snacking cravings for unhealthy treats. He wrote: "[It] stops me grabbing unhealthy, processed food. Even when you make a healthy choice and buy a salad, in my experience, they're mostly leaves! This way you get a good, decent portion salad and you get to put all the things you like in it! ENJOY! ".
Rylan's quest for romance took centre stage as he rang in the New Year. On his radio show, the television presenter put out an open call, hinting at his desire for someone special: "If you've got anyone for me, just let me know, yeah? I'm in that mood, you know like new year, I wish I had a little texter."
A perplexed Sally [Traffic] couldn't understand why Rylan hasn't found his perfect match after splitting from Dan Neal in 2021. Baffled, she asked: "Why can you not find yourself a lovely, lovely other half? Because you're so lovely! ", according to the Daily Star.
Rylan responded with a bit of humor: "I don't know where they are! I smell nice, I try my hardest..." which prompted Sally to intervene with supportive words: "You look great, you've got fantastic clothes."
