PSNI in urgent appeal for missing 14-year-old boy last seen in South Belfast

Police have issued an appeal for help in locating a teenager last seen on Sunday.

Officers made the appeal via social media on Monday morning, March 31 asking the public to help locate Rhys Mooney, who was last seen in South Belfast.

Rhys is 14-years-old and is said to have been last seen in a grey tracksuit.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Police are growing increasingly concerned for missing person Rhys Mooney, 14 years old.

Rhys was last seen in the area of Boucher Road, Belfast at 7.50 pm on 30th March 2025, wearing an all grey tracksuit.

If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact police on 101 and quote reference 1385 - 30/03/2025.
