Police have issued an appeal for information after a report of a man going door to door attempting to take payment for TV Licensing.
The man, described as being in his late 40s or early 50s, with a shaved head and speaking with a local accent, was spotted going from house to house in the Aughrim Road area of Magherafelt on Wednesday, March 19.
The incident was reported as happening between midday and 1pm. Police have asked residents with any information, CCTV, or dashcam footage to get in touch on 101.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "We are investigating a report of a male going door-to-door in the Aughrim Road area of Magherafelt, attempting to take payment for TV Licensing between the hours of midday and 1pm on Wednesday 19th March 2025.
"The male is described as late 40s/early 50s, white, spoke with a local accent, had a shaved head and was wearing black trousers and a dark blue t-shirt.
"We would ask local residents who may have CCTV or dashcam in the area to please review it and get in touch via 101 quoting reference number 770 of the 19/03/2025, if they noticed a male matching this description acting suspiciously in that area."
