RFA is an abbreviation for Ready For Anything and refers to a gang that has slowly been emerging from Mount Druitt, in western Sydney.
'Free TayK, free my boys, free the gang,' the officer continued.
Tay-K is an American rapper who is most well-known for his song, 'Free the Race'.
The lyrics of the song were used as evidence to convict Tay-K and send him to prison for 55 years for murder.
Tay-K and six other men were found guilty of killing Ethan Walker in Mansfield, Texas, in July 2016.
#FREETAYK then began to trend online and was used by other rappers like Lil Bibby and Lil Yachty.
The officer continues to recite more well-known phrases while moving his hand up and down to imitate the gangster gesture.

'You can lock the locks but you can't stop the clocks,' he said.
The phrase is commonly used by street gangs to refer to prison sentencing.

McAteer was jailed for nine years and four months after running over and killing four-year-old Violet-Grace Youens in March 2017.
