A driver who could "barely stand" was found behind the wheel of a car on Saturday where class A, B and C drugs were found.
A man and woman who were in the vehicle were both arrested, after police in Newcastle, Co Down received a report that two people "had been sleeping in the car".
The incident happened in the carpark of the Barbican Garage on Saturday afternoon, a spokesperson for the PSNI in the Newry, Mourne and Down policing district said.

In a statement published on social media on Sunday, the police spokesperson said: "You may have seen us dealing with a car in the carpark of the Barbican Garage in Newcastle, yesterday afternoon.
"We received a report that two people had been sleeping in the car for two hours. We carried out a search of the vehicle and located Class A, Class B and Class C drugs."
The spokesperson added: "The driver was in no fit state to be behind the wheel of the car - he could barely stand. The male and female occupant were arrested and will have their day in court. Thank you to the person who made us aware of this - you have potentially saved lives on the roads."
