A person has been taken to hospital following a house fire in South Belfast this morning.
The emergency services were called to the blaze on Benburb Street at around 8.16am on Thursday, February 13, with four fire appliances being sent to the scene, including an aerial appliance.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire with the incident being dealt with by 9.46am.

Following the incident one person was taken by ambulance to hospital.
A NIFRS spokesperson said: "Firefighters were called to reports of a semi-detached bungalow on fire in Benburb Street, Belfast. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using 2 hose reel jets. One casualty was transferred to the care of NIAS. The incident was dealt with by 9.46am."
A NIAS spokesperson said: "The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a 999 call at 08:15 on Thursday 13th February following reports of an incident in the Benburb Street Area, Belfast. NIAS despatched two Emergency Ambulance crews and the Hazardous Area Response Team to the incident.
"Following initial assessment and treatment at scene, one patient was taken to Royal Victoria Hospital by ambulance."
