A weather warning for wind covering the whole of Northern Ireland has been issued by the Met Office.
The yellow alert comes into force at 3pm on Thursday, December 5, and will remain in place until 6am on Friday, December 6.
The forecaster said: "Some disruption possible from strong and gusty winds."
It added: "Westerly or northwesterly winds will increase across Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland, north Wales, northern England, the north Midlands and East Anglia during Thursday afternoon and evening.

"Inland gusts of 40-50 mph are possible, with perhaps 60-70 mph along exposed coasts, especially through the North Channel and Irish Sea, causing some travel disruption. Strong gusts will also be associated with heavy showers which move through at times."
Meanwhile, for Wednesday night's weather forecast, the Met Office said: "Cloud and rain soon clearing away from the west this evening. Then the rest of the night will be mainly dry with just the odd shower. Winds easing down. Minimum temperature 7C."
And for Thursday: "After a dry start outbreaks of rain, heavy at times, will spread from the west across all parts. Breezy. Mild. Maximum temperature 12C."
A bright and colder few days are then expected from Friday to Sunday, with scattered showers, these wintry over hills. There's a chance of overnight frost and ice, according to the forecaster.
