JEFFERSON COUNTY — It’s been two months since a 32-year-old man went missing and has “not been in contact with anyone.”

Tyler Stoddard of Monteview was reported missing on Sept. 11 to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. His vehicle was found abandoned near 2700 North in Monteview. Stoddard has not been seen since Sept. 4, according to a news release.

He had been removed from the National Crime Information Center in late September as a missing person due to multiple sightings in the Madison County area.

As of late October, Jennifer Fullmer with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says Stoddard has been re-entered into the system as a missing person due to “inclement weather” and “lack of leads on his location.”

Deputies have been in touch with family and surrounding agencies, but no one has heard from Stoddard.

Stoddard is 5 foot 9, weighs 145 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information that might be helpful in finding him are asked to call the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office at (208) 745-9210 ext. 7.
