The Tennessee cops involved in the Girls Gone Wild hot tub party and office sex scandal will not be criminally charged - after the department fired nearly 10 percent of its staff

Maegan Hall, 26, was at the forefront of the investigation that unraveled in December when it was revealed she performed oral sex on several of her colleagues and ripped her top off at a family boat party.

The La Vergne Police Department told DailyMail.com that it would be up to the district attorney's office to decide future charges. The DA has not returned a request for comment.

But for now, the DA's office declared the scandal policy-related and not criminal, WSMV reported.

Larry Holladay (left) reported 'multiple sexual encounters' with Hall at his house and hotels, as recently as November. Patrick Magliocco had an ongoing sexual relationship with Hall that he said his wife was in on. The district attorney's office declared the scandal police related and not criminal

Hall and her colleagues appear to be off the hook for now as she previously told DailyMail.com last week that she is focused on 'moving on ' with her life.

The shameless siren was fired this month along with fellow officers Sgt. Lewis Powell, Detective Seneca Shields, Patrol Officer Juan Lugo and Sgt. Ty McGowan.

Three other officers involved were suspended, meaning over 10 percent of the 60-person department are currently out as a result of the scandal.

An internal investigation determined that Hall had performed oral sex on Powell and Shields while on duty and had flings with Lugo and most likely also McGowan.

Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco, K-9 officer Larry Holladay, and Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl were suspended without pay.

Hall had exchanged naked photos with several men, including Schoeberl, McGowan, Holladay, Lugo and Shields, a report revealed.

While most of the acts played out while the officers were on night duty, they also transgressed in hotel rooms and outdoors.

Officers Lewis Powell (left) and Detective Seneca Shields were fired for engaging in sexual relationships with Hall while on duty. Powell confessed to the allegations after initially denying he was sexually involved with her, while Shields admitted to having oral sex with Hall in the department's gym while on duty

Powell, who is married, initially denied having a sexual relationship with Hall several times and claimed that 'everybody knows she has multiple partners.' He later confessed.

Sergeant Henry Ty McGowan allegedly had a naked meeting with Hall before she was officially hired

Holladay, meanwhile, reported 'multiple sexual encounters' with Hall at his house and hotels, as recently as November.

As did Magliocco, who revealed that his wife Amy also got involved in Spring 2022 in a bungled attempt to coax Hall's husband Jedidiah into a night of bed-swapping.

Magliocco also admitted to pouring vodka down Hall's throat and having drunken sex with her at a 'girls gone wild' boat party on board a colleague's houseboat to celebrate Memorial Day with their families. Hall's husband wasn't present.

McGowan hesitated to open up about his own romps with Hall, but it was later revealed he had a naked meeting with her before she was officially hired.

'McGowan struggled to share that when Hall was a candidate and in process of being hired, Hall and her husband [Jedidiah], McGowan, and another female met up at her house,' the report states.

'During that meeting, Hall was naked, the other female got naked, and Hall's husband got upset.'

Past allegations against McGowan also surfaced during the investigation that included an allegation that he choked a female co-worker.

Lugo-Perez initially denied the claims to investigators but later admitted he had sex with Hall while at the Go Cart USA in Murfreesboro.

Hall told officers she was in an open marriage and tried to recruit her husband Jedidiah for swinging sessions, but he was not on board, the investigation found

DailyMail.com earlier revealed Jedidiah, a former state park ranger who had been training for the Tennessee Highway Patrol, has decided to stand by his wife despite the sex scandal

DailyMail.com revealed last week how Hall boasted to her groupie that she was in an open marriage and tried to recruit her sheriff's deputy husband for swinging sessions.

Jedidiah Hall, the son of a pastor, 'wasn't really on board' and instead confronted his wife of four years for cheating, according to an internal investigation.

Despite the contention, Jedidiah, 28, a former state park ranger with a master's degree from Middle Tennessee State University, is sticking with his wife and trying to work through their problems

The pair have been sweethearts since their college days and got married in November 2018, and in March of last year bought their first family home in Manchester, 60 miles south of Nashville.
