8:55 a.m. Boyce is on the bench. He says we are continuing with voir dire today and a new group of jurors will be brought in. Two of the jurors in this next group did not show up this morning.

8:45 a.m. We are back in the courtroom for day 5 of jury selection in Chad Daybell’s case. The 52 jurors who advanced to the pool this week are expected to be back here today as the defense and prosecutors go through their preemptory strikes. The number will be whittled down to 18 – 12 jurors and 6 alternates.
