Emergency services are at the scene of a major fire at a fold in East Belfast on Saturday night.
The blaze broke out at the Fold Housing Association on Inverary Drive.
The Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service, PSNI and NI Ambulance Service are all attending the scene in the Sydenham area.
In a statement tonight, the NIFRS said seven fire appliances and a support appliance are currently at the scene being supported by colleagues from PSNI & NIAS, adding that the fire has been extinguished.
Belfast Live understands that residents of the retirement housing complex have been taken to a local community centre.
