Police say they are currently dealing with an incident in Dungannon town centre this Monday morning, January 27th.
In an update just after 9am. officers said there is presently no public access to Perry Street Pay & Display Car Park in the Co Tyrone town.
Access to some business premises has been restricted as a result.
A PSNI spokesperson added: "We are also aware that Vineyard Church, Dungannon had intended to open today as a refuge centre for those still without electricity.
"Those who require such services can still attend Dungannon Leisure Centre which is operating as a refuge centre after Storm Éowyn. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working to get the area reopened as soon as possible."
Posting on social media, local Cllr Clement Cuthbertson said: "Ongoing incident in the Market Square Dungannon. Police have the car parking area cordoned off.
"No details at present to if it is people or storm related."
