Lisburn crash LIVE: Emergency services at scene and road partially blocked

Emergency services are currently at the scene of a crash in Co Down.

The incident is at the junction of Old Ballynahinch Road and Saintfield Road, outside Lisburn, on Wednesday morning, November 27.

The PSNI has asked motorists to take a different route if possible.

Posting on X, Police Lisburn and Castlereagh said: "RTC - junction of Old Ballynahinch Road and Saintfield Road, Lisburn.

"Road partially blocked. Please use alternative route if you can."

Ambulance Service statement

"The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a 999 call at 08:20 on Wednesday 27th November following reports of an RTC on the Old Ballynahinch Road, Lisburn.

"NIAS despatched two Emergency Ambulances to the incident.

"Following initial assessment and treatment at scene, no patients were taken from the scene."
