Officers say the items were reportedly taken from a parked van in a car park on North Street on Monday 17th March.
It was reported that access was gained to the white Mercedes Sprinter van sometime between 10:30am and 5pm on Monday, with cash and a number of items stolen.
The items taken included laser light show equipment, a Toshiba lap-top, two Go-pros, Bose ear pods, an Apple watch, a diamond ring with the initials CM on it and several boxes of chocolate.
Issuing an appeal for information on Tuesday, a PSNI spokesperson said: "If you saw any suspicious activity in the North Street area between these times, or if you've been offered any of these items for sale in suspicious circumstances, please call officers at Lisburn Road on 101, quoting reference number 1260 17/03/25."
