Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex officially unveils the new Kennedy Entry Experience (Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex)

MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. – The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex unveiled a new addition to its entrance plaza.

Leaders and members of the community were there Wednesday morning when the digitalized curtain pulled back on the all-new Kennedy Entry Experience.

The 3,000 square-foot video display tells the story of NASA: past, present and future.

Using mesmerizing graphics, the space complex can show images that appear to visually leap off the larger-than-life LED screen. From space missions to attractions located inside the space venue, the display encapsulates NASA’s biggest roles in space exploration.

“The inspiring six-minute video sets the tone by featuring former President John F. Kennedy’s famous ‘We choose to go to the Moon’ speech as well as iconic artifacts guests will encounter during their visit, moments in history that changed space exploration forever, and glimpses into the future,” Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex said in a news release.

The complex new entrance sign will also be able to display emergency alerts, like inclement weather, to park guests along with advertising.
