I'm A Celebrity's Maura Higgins is gearing up to confront one of her greatest fears on Tuesday night's episode.
In the upcoming show, viewers will witness Maura Higgins and Jane Moore face the daunting Bushtucker Trial named Fright at the End of the Tunnel. The pair must collaborate effectively to collect stars for their fellow campmates.
While Jane tackles a series of underwater tunnels, Maura faces a similar challenge above ground. However, they're not alone; both are accompanied by water-dwelling creatures and an assortment of insects.
A sneak peek of the trial shows Maura crawling through an enclosure filled with reptiles. As Ant encourages her to press on, she screams in terror upon discovering spiders in the next section.
She cries out to Jane: "Jane, I don't know if I can do it. There's an awful amount of spiders.", reports the Express. Dec steps in to soothe her nerves, advising: "Just take it nice and easy, just keep breathing."
Maura makes another attempt to proceed but recoils and shields her face, yelling: "No, I can't!" The presenters explain that for Jane to progress in the water, Maura must brave the spider-filled chamber. Ant simplifies the situation, saying "it's as simple as that" leaving viewers in suspense over whether the duo will succeed in winning more stars for the camp.
This follows after Dean McCullogh faced several jungle trials during his stay in the camp.
The radio DJ, who has been selected by the public for almost every trial and has twice shouted 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here', has left hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly exasperated.
In a sharp jibe last night, Ant even confessed he wouldn't be following Dean on social media, leading viewers to believe that Ant secretly harbours a dislike for the campmate.
