I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here fans were taken aback when Dean McCullough showed signs of irritation towards hosts Ant and Dec. The Radio 1 presenter was chosen for his fourth consecutive Bushtucker trial, this time teaming up with McFly's Danny Jones.
As he tackled the tasks, Ant and Dec kept shouting instructions to assist him in locating the stars to secure meals for the camp. However, under mounting pressure, Dean retorted sharply at the duo, visibly annoyed by their directions.
Fans on social media were quick to comment on the tension. A Twitter/X user remarked: "Dean had a quick recovery from that trauma with his snap backs to Ant and Dec #ImACeleb," while another expressed surprise: "Dean at Dec," accompanied by a shocked face emoji.
Yet, some viewers recognised the Geordie pair's attempts to guide him, with one commenting: "ant and dec literally telling #dean where the star is and he refuses to do it."
Another observed Dec's apparent exasperation: "Dean get back to the fish guts" you tell him Dec. #ImACeleb," and someone else concurred: "Dec does not rate Dean," followed by a crying with laughter emoji.
In their challenge, Danny and Dean had to search through various obstacles, including fish guts and pigeons, as well as some unexpected visitors, all while trying to find hidden stars within a set time frame.
However, when the duo overlooked a star concealed within a kettle, Dec couldn't resist poking fun at the situation. Given the previous teabag incident, Dec humorously suggested that Dean would have been the first to check there.
Ant joined in the banter, saying: "We know you like a cup of tea," a comment Danny denied any involvement with. Dec then ribbed Dean further, saying: "In honour of your sneaky little teabags. We thought you'd have gone straight for the kettle, we know you love a cup of tea!"
