Tulisa Contostavlos, star of ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, was the third celebrity to exit the jungle on Monday evening, leading to an outpouring of disappointment from her fans.
The N-Dubz star's departure followed hot on the heels of radio DJ Dean McCullough's exit and came just days after Loose Women's Jane Moore was the first to bid farewell to the 2024 series.
After her name was called, Tulisa embraced her fellow campmates before discussing her jungle journey with hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly. She described the experience as "hard in there" but also a "whirlwind" expressing amazement at her own accomplishments.
Viewers took to Twitter, now X, to voice their disbelief over Tulisa's early exit, expressing their shock over Ant and Dec's announcement that she was leaving the jungle.
Many were taken aback, with one person writing: "Can't believe tulisa has been voted out", and another fan concurring: "I'm really Shocked to see Tulisa has been Evicted Tonight", reports the Manchester Evening News.
Meanwhile, another viewer wrote: "I thought Tulisa would last a few more days ya know", and a different account put: "How an earth is Tulisa the 3rd one out? She was so polite, supportive, down to earth and absolutely genuine!"
Another show watcher commented: "Absolutely gutted with that result. Would of had Tulisa in the final for sure. Such a beautiful soul and seems like she would be amazing to be around."
While a different I'm A Celebrity fan put: "Absolutely gutted but Tulisa will always be my winner she literally already won and smashed her time in the jungle well done" to which another account added: "My jaw dropped at tulisa being 3rd out!"
Meanwhile, hosts of I'm A Celebrity Ant and Dec were just as surprised as ITV viewers over the latest elimination. Joining the spin-off series Unpacked for a catch-up, the pair were asked about their thoughts on the result.
The pair both asked: "Who saw that coming? Not me!" Dec said she was a "big" and "integral" part of the show this year, as Ant confessed: "That was a real shock for me that was."
With Tulisa's departure, nine celebrities remain in the running to claim the title of King or Queen of the Jungle. Ant and Dec announced that another celebrity will face elimination tonight (Tuesday 3 December). Viewers can now cast their votes to keep their favourite celebrities in the camp until the final.
