An investigation has been launched after a motorcyclist was involved in a hit and run collision with a van in East Belfast.
The collision took place on Friday, February 28, at around 2.25pm at the junction of Castlereagh Street and Albertbridge Road wheen a silver van collided with a motocycle and failed to stop afterwards.
Police are asking anyone who may have any information regarding the collision to contact them as soon possible.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are appealing for information following a report of a hit and run road traffic collision that occurred at approximately 2.25pm on Friday 28th February 2025. This happened at the junction of Castlereagh Street and Albertbridge Road involving a motorcyclist and a silver van which failed to stop.
"Our investigation is now underway and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have dash cam footage to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 897 of 28/02/25."
