IDAHO FALLS — An independent artist is coming to Idaho Falls next week to grace audiences with nostalgic country music.

“A Night of Patsy Cline” with Juliette Angelo honors the late Cline with acoustic guitar and Angelo’s personal flair.

“It’s nice to be able to breathe new life into her music and let it live on, but also not try to pretend that I am her,” Angelo said.

In addition to singing, Angelo is an actress best known for her roles as Emily Fornell on NCIS and Geneva on Shameless.

Her love for classic country music began when she played Reba McEntire’s daughter June on ABC’s Malibu Country. Her character’s brother was named Cash in reference to Johnny Cash. Discovering Cash’s music grew Angelo’s passion for the genre.

Angelo has been performing Cline’s music, including covers and original work since 2023 and has enjoyed the experience.

“The response has been amazing,” Angelo said. “I share a lot about my life, too; it’s not just a musical show. I share a lot about my experiences, my connection to her music, my childhood, my sobriety. It’s been a very healing journey.”

“A Night of Patsy Cline” with Juliette Angelo will be on Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Colonial Theater. Tickets can be purchased here.
