Dean McCullough, currently gearing up for the gruelling challenge of I'm a Celebrity, once took to the stage in a completely different setting on ITV's premier talent show with a 'cheeky routine'.
Before joining the ranks of stars braving the Australian jungle for up to three weeks, the BBC Radio 1 host had his first moment of fame back in 2013.
Looking back, the broadcaster is barely recognisable as part of all-male dance troupe The Glambassadors. Their performance enthralled the judges, earning them a memorable comment from David Walliams who called them 'camper than Christmas.'
Footage from nearly ten years ago reveals a younger Dean, performing in a dance with plenty of high kicks and a lip-sync act set to hits like Christina Aguilera's 'Candyman'.
Dean disclosed that The Glambassadors faced a hectic preparation schedule for Britain's Got Talent auditions after two original members departed to work overseas, reports OK!.
Looking back at the whirlwind experience, Dean shared: "We formed because we all know each other through working in dance. But a week before the auditions we lost two guys who got jobs in LA. So we found two other friends and we had one rehearsal before we got to the stage."
"I choreographed the dance so I was under pressure to get it sorted. We were winging it but I think because of the pressure we were under it all came together and now I have made friends for life. We have all been on this journey together, none of us have ever done anything like this before."
The Glambassadors performed a routine to Alesha Dixon's hit song 'The Boy Does Nothing', which caught the attention of judge David Walliams.
Although they made it to the semi-finals, they narrowly missed out on a spot in the final, despite their cheeky routine winning over many viewers.
They were ultimately beaten by the eventual winners, Attraction, a Hungarian shadow theatre group. Now, Dean hopes to inject some of that same Glambassadors energy into his time in the camp.
He said: "I do hope to bring lots of good vibes. Every Camp needs someone to bring everyone together when the mood is low."
"I want to be the person who makes sure everyone is ok, or the person who makes up a dance routine."
I'm A Celebrity returns Sunday at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
