I'm A Celebrity star GK Barry faces a significant challenge as bookmakers suggest her future on the show is uncertain. The experts at Betfred believe that the Loose Women panelist may not reach the final and could be voted off on Sunday night, despite being popular with fans.
She's currently listed at 25/1 to win, the same odds as Alan Halsall. On the other hand, Danny Jones, Coleen Rooney, Richard Coles, and Maura Higgins are seen as the frontrunners for the ITV final, judging by their current winning odds.
Betfred spokesperson Kayley Cornelius commented: "With the I'm a Celeb final fast approaching, the latest odds give us a strong hint about who might make it to this year's final. Fan favourite Danny Jones is leading the charge, priced at 11/8 to win. He's been the bookies' top pick since the markets opened, and it doesn't look like that's going to change.
"Joining the McFly star in the final could be Coleen Rooney, currently at 7/4. Her down-to-earth approach has won her plenty of respect and backing from both viewers and punters. Also in the running are latecomers Richard Coles at 3/1 and Maura Higgins at 16/1, both of whom have been a hit since arriving on our screens."
Cornelius added: "On the other hand, the latest odds aren't looking great for other fan favourite GK Barry. Currently priced at 25/1 to win, it looks like she might just miss out on a spot in the final.
"With this year's series delivering the tightest I'm a Celeb betting market in over a decade, and the cast being hailed as one of the best ever, it's shaping up to be a nail-biter to see who will be crowned the new jungle champion- every vote will truly matter!"
Last night's episode (December 2) saw Tulisa Contostavlos become the third campmate to exit the competition after ending up in the bottom two against Strictly star Oti Mabuse, reports the Express.
Bidding her farewell, she expressed to Ant and Dec how challenging life had been in the jungle, describing it as "hard in there" and a complete "whirlwind". Amazed by her own resilience, she stated she couldn't believe what she had accomplished.
The N-Dubz singer followed radio DJ Dean McCullough, who was previously ousted second and Loose Women panellist Jane Moore, who was the initial contestant to depart on Friday night.
