ITV's latest array of I'm A Celebrity stars are acclimatising to their new jungle environment, prompting speculation among fans about who might greet the celebrities as they exit the series.
The iconic bridge reunion involving the contestants and their loved ones has historically been a pinnacle moment of the show. One notable reunion was the moment when 2022 contestant Matt Hancock finished third and was met by Gina Coladangelo, amidst the widespread coverage of their affair.
This year, amongst those catching the public eye is Radio 1 DJ Dean McCullough, originally from Newtownabbey near Belfast. He's quickly become a crowd-pleaser within just two episodes, charming viewers with his self-mocking wit and fixation on the Wagatha Christie saga.
But what do we know about 32-year-old Dean's life off-sceen? Particularly regarding his relationship status?
The star has remained fairly tight-lipped about any romantic relationship. However, a cheeky video posted to his TikTok account alludes to a mystery boyfriend who so far remains unidentified, reports OK!.
The footage, posted in April this year, shows Dean walking into his house speaking in to the camera. He says: "My boyfriend's just got home. He's really turning me on... you're not gonna believe what he's doing."
Dean whips the camera around, showcasing a man with silver locks donned in a white top and jeans, diligently cleaning the property's balcony. The radio host then cheekily bites his knuckle as he turns the camera back to himself. He playfully captioned the footage: "Babe, I'm gonna scrub the balcony. Got me in my FEELS. Is cleaning my love language?".
The status of their relationship is currently up in the air, with the enigmatic man being conspicuously missing from Deans recent social media posts.
In the jungle, Dean joins an eclectic cast including Coleen Rooney, Oti Mabuse, Danny Jones, Tulisa Contostavlos, Adam Halsall, Jane Moore, Melvin Odoom, Barry McGuigan, and GK Barry.
Viewers have been talking about Dean's stint on the show, with one fan saying on X: "Never thought watching someone on the toilet would ever be funny till Dean McCullough needed a number 2 then jumped up and ran out of the dunny with his pants round his ankles because of a spider. Oh I love I'm A Celeb."
Meanwhile, another viewer voiced their support for the star, saying: "Apparently it's an unpopular opinion but I actually love Dean McCullough."
