Szczesny: 'The key to stopping Mbappe? Me!'

He's already saved a Lionel Messi this tournament. Now he's looking to defy France's monstrous weapon - Kylian Mbappe.

The Polish stop thinks he's the key to stopping the French superstar. You can't argue with his confidence!

Kylian Mbappe, the player Qatar have paid a fortune to keep in Paris, is pretty much all this country's leaders have left to crow about at their World Cup, in a footballing sense.

A date with England?

Right, let's not get ahead of ourselves... Senegal presents a BIG challenge for England and it would be wrong to spend too much time looking beyond the round of 16 at this stage.

France well rested

France's positive start to the World Cup gifted Didier Deschamps the chance to rotate against Tunisia, following wins against Denmark and Australia.

Star man Kylian Mbappe dropped to the bench against Tunisia alongside Antoine Griezmann, Ousmane Dembele and Olivier Giroud, but the defending champions looked vulnerable as a result and lost 1-0 to the African side.

Short-term loss for long-term gain was arguably the strategy here, and France head into the clash with Poland fully rested.

This could be a long and tricky afternoon for the Poles...
