Fox Reporter Reunites With Son During Live Broadcast at Scene of School Shooting

A Denver-based journalist for Fox News had an emotional reunion with her son while reporting live from his high school in the aftermath of a shooting there on Wednesday. Alicia Acuna, a senior correspondent, halted her coverage outside East High School mid-sentence when she saw her son.

“Excuse me—my son just came up and I have not seen him,” Acuna said. “I’m sorry. I’ve not seen my kid since this all went down… I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry.”

She called him over and pulled him into a hug. “I’m just finishing this real quick, OK?” she told the boy. “OK. All right. OK. You good?”
