A new drive-up self-storage site is set to "open soon" on vacant land close to a train station in North Belfast.

The site close to York Street Train Station will be the first easyStorage franchise to open in Northern Ireland. It will contain up to 432 storage containers on currently vacant land adjacent to Cityside Retail Park.

The planning application for the site was brought to Belfast City Council in late 2024. The easyStorage brand offers a "no-frills approach to storage" that is "hassle-free and secure."
