EuroMillions urgent warning to players after wrong numbers sent out

1 year ago 507

Players are being encouraged to double-check their EuroMillions tickets after incorrect winning numbers were mistakenly sent out to the public, leaving a massive jackpot unclaimed.

A fortunate UK ticket-holder has bagged a whopping £177 million in the EuroMillions draw, making them the third largest National Lottery winner ever.

Players have been urged to verify their tickets to claim Tuesday's draw prize.

There was confusion when the winning numbers were incorrectly reported, with an extra number added to the winning line up.

The correct winning numbers are 07, 11, 25, 31 and 40, with Lucky Stars 09, 12.

The lucky winner of Tuesday's draw will instantly become wealthier than former One Direction star Harry Styles and heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua - both worth £175 million, according to the latest Sunday Times Rich List.

The winner will become the proud owner of the third-largest lotto fortune the UK has ever seen, just behind Joe and Jess Thwaite, from Gloucester, who scooped a then record-breaking £184,262,899 with a Lucky Dip ticket for the draw on May 10, 2022, reports the Mirror.
