BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – An armed man was taken into custody on Friday night at a Brevard County park following a “disturbance,” according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies said that after the disturbance, the suspect fled to the Viera Regional Park, which is where police found him.
He was armed with a handgun, though no details were provided on whether it was used or whether anyone was injured.
No additional information has been provided at this time.
