Cop-gone-wild Maegan Hall disciplined twice before police sex scandal

The bed-hopping Tennessee cop fired for having sex with six of her police colleagues was threatened with termination just months earlier – for repeatedly crashing her patrol car.

Maegan Hall was booted off the La Vergne PD last month when an internal probe revealed she had performed oral sex while on duty, whipped off her bikini top at a 'girls gone wild' hot tub party and pestered another officer for a 'three way' with his wife.

DailyMail.com can now reveal the shameless siren, 26, was already on her last warning after she cost her bosses thousands of dollars in damage and even landed herself in the hospital in a series of 'preventable' car accidents.

Fired Tennessee cop Maegan Hall, 26, was already on the verge of losing her job for repeatedly crashing her patrol car over the two years she was with the La Vergne Police Department, DailyMail.com can reveal

Records show the 26-year-old (pictured in her car near her Manchester, Tennessee home) first crashed her squad car in November 2021 – just nine months after she joined the force – and again in July and October 2022

Hall, 26, who was fired from the La Vergne Police Department last month for engaging in sexual relationships with multiple officers, shrugged off the scandal, saying she is focused on 'moving on' with her life

The first of married Hall's three fender benders came in November 2021, nine months after she signed up, according to documents obtained through a freedom of information request.

She was responding to a reported threat with a weapon, the report states.

'While responding she traveled on Floyd Mayfield and crossed over the dip at Sand Hill at a high rate of speed.

'She failed to slow down going through the intersection. This resulted in functional damage to her patrol car of $1,000.'

Hall, who told DailyMail.com last week that she is focussed on 'moving on ' with her life,  was in hot water again the following year when she slammed into another vehicle, earning herself a day's suspension.

'She states she was attempting to merge lanes due to her lane ending on to Murfreesboro Road,' reads an account of the July 14 crash.

'Hall states she thought the driver of the vehicle in front of her had already merged and accelerated onwards. These actions caused a collision between the vehicles. Initial repairs for both vehicles are between $3,000 and $4,000.'

The first of Hall's three car accidents occurred in November 2021 when she 'failed to slow down going through an intersection' resulting in 'functional damage' to her patrol car of $1,000'

Months later in July 2022, Hall earned herself a one-day suspension after slamming into another vehicle in a collision that cost between $3,000 and $4,000 in repairs

The 26-year-old would find herself facing termination with a final warning over a third incident on October 21, 2022, when she slammed straight into the path of a van

Hall's pay was bumped from $39,624 per year to $53,069 in the summer of 2022 but after a third crash on October 21 – the most serious of the three – she was suspended for four days.

This time she was leaving her police station to respond to an assault when she pulled out across several lanes of traffic, straight into the path of a van.

'Both vehicles ended in the center median with substantial damage to the van and Officer Hall's patrol vehicle. Officer Hall was injured in the crash and taken to Stonecrest Medical Center,' a report states.

Hall's two-year police career was beset with multiple employee infractions

Hall was handed a final warning and threatened with termination if she had another 'preventable' smash within a year.

But her colorful two-year police career was over several months later after a whistleblower came forward to report that a female cop was having 'intimate relationships' with male colleagues at boozy parties, hotels and even on police property.

An internal investigation determined that Hall had performed oral sex on Sgt. Lewis Powell and Detective Seneca Shields while on duty, and had flings with Patrol Officer Juan Lugo and most likely also Sgt. Ty McGowan, all of whom were fired.

She also had flings with Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco and K-9 officer Larry Holladay, who were suspended without pay along with Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl who traded naked pictures with Hall, according to the final report.

DailyMail.com can reveal several of these men had their own disciplinary issues, most notably McGowan, a veteran officer who was flagged previously for 'insubordination' and 'unsatisfactory work quality'.

He also had a previous incident of 'engaging in sexual relationships with employees' dating back to 2007, according to police documents.

Hall was ultimately fired earlier this month, ironically, for an unrelated offense. The married officer was dismissed from the force after an internal investigation in December found she had been having 'intimate relationships' with multiple male colleagues

Shields was reprimanded for sending personal emails on his work computer, arriving late for work and driving too fast during a severe rain storm.

Holladay was caught smoking in his car while Lugo was given a written warning for driving down the shoulder in a traffic pursuit without using his lights and siren.

Lugo was also spoken to for failing to log evidence properly on two separate occasions and for failing to sign a warrant.

DailyMail.com revealed last week how Hall boasted to her hard-drinking cop clique that she was in an open marriage and tried to recruit her sheriff's deputy husband for swinging sessions.

Sgt. Ty McGowan, who was fired for his involvement in the sex scandal, also had a previous incident of 'engaging in sexual relationships with employees' dating back to 2007, according to police documents

However, clean-cut Jedidiah Hall, the son of a pastor, 'wasn't really on board' and instead confronted his wife of four years for cheating, according to an internal investigation.

Big-hearted Jedidiah, 28, a former state park ranger with a master's degree from Middle Tennessee State University, is sticking with his wife and trying to work through their problems.

The pair have been sweethearts since their college days and got married in November 2018, and in March of last year bought their first family home in Manchester, 60 miles south of Nashville

'I don't know how he's doing it, he's more of a man than I am, but he's trying to salvage his marriage,' Jedidiah's boss, Coffee County Sheriff Chad Partin, told DailyMail.com.

Petite blonde Hall grew up in rural Tennessee dreaming of becoming an actress but eventually found her calling – however temporary – in law enforcement.

The inquiry learnt she shared intimate sexual photos with multiple officers at the La Vergne Police Department, including McGowan, Holladay, Lugo, Shields and Schoeberl.

Detective Shields tried to bluff investigator Andrew Patton, the police department's head of human resources, by protesting: 'I have never had sex with Maegan Hall.'

Officers Lewis Powell (left) and Detective Seneca Shields were fired for engaging in sexual relationships with Hall while on duty. Powell confessed to the allegations after initially denying he was sexually involved with her, while Shields admitted to having oral sex with Hall in the department's gym while on duty

K-9 officer Larry Holladay (left) and patrol officer Patrick Magliocco – who is also married – were both suspended for having sexual relationships with Hall

When the question was expanded to include sexual acts he admitted to receiving oral sex at a police gym before returning to his desk to finish his shift.

Powell, a married father, was also on duty when Hall performed the same act on him inside their station, according to Patton's report, which was published December 28.

Powell denied the tryst but came clean when it was discovered that he and heavily-tattooed Hall met up in December to compare notes in an effort to thwart the investigation.

Holladay, meanwhile, reported 'multiple sexual encounters' with Hall at his house and hotels, as recently as November.

As did Magliocco, who revealed that his wife Amy also got involved in Spring 2022 in a bungled attempt to coax Jedidiah into a night of bed-swapping.

'Magliocco told Patton that at one party, Hall and Magliocco's wife started kissing and Hall's husband [Jedidiah] came in the room and seemed upset,' the report states.

'The next day on‐shift, Magliocco asked Hall about the husband's reaction, since Magliocco was under the impression from Hall that her marriage was open as well. Hall said, 'He really wasn't on board.'

Magliocco also admitted to pouring vodka down Hall's throat and having drunken sex with her at a 'girls gone wild' party on board a colleague's houseboat to celebrate Memorial Day.

When Patton quizzed Hall about the raucous bash, she confirmed her bikini top had come off in the hot tub and that she had been so drunk she fell down a flight of stairs.

Hall told officers she was in an open marriage and tried to recruit her husband Jedidiah for swinging sessions, but he was not onboard, the investigation found

DailyMail.com earlier revealed Jedidiah, a former state park ranger who had been training for the Tennessee Highway Patrol, has decided to stand by his wife despite the sex scandal

Under her cop's uniform, Hall was heavily tattooed as she showed on her TikTok account in June 2022

Hall admitted further 'booty calls' with Lugo and McGowan, whom, it later transpired, was the source of the original whistleblower tip received by Mayor Cole's office.

While McGowan had dished on his colleagues' romps he did not disclose his own liaisons with Hall and was 'rude, and extremely verbally aggressive' when questioned.

'McGowan struggled to share that when Hall was a candidate and in process of being hired, Hall and her husband [Jedidiah], McGowan, and another female met up at her house,' the report states.

'During that meeting, Hall was naked, the other female got naked, and Hall's husband got upset.'

Additionally, McGowan was judged to have committed workplace violence for grabbing a city employee around the throat in an attempt to intimidate her.

'The actions of a few do not represent the department as a whole,' insisted Police Chief Burrel 'Chip' Davis after the sordid antics of his officers made national headlines.

The raft of firings and disciplinary measures meant that La Vergne – a town of 39,000 people 20 miles south east of Nashville – lost around 12 percent of its police manpower overnight.
