Compass Academy in Idaho Falls closed due to homicide investigation

IDAHO FALLS — Compass Academy in Idaho Falls is closed Monday due to a homicide that occurred on school grounds, according to a message sent to parents from Idaho Falls School District 91.

“The incident did not involve Compass students or have any connection to the school,” the message says.

Police are on the scene investigating. No other information has been released.
