Building collapses near Boise Airport with ‘multiple injuries’

BOISE (Idaho Statesman) — Multiple injuries were reported Wednesday evening after a building fell at West Rickenbacker and Luke streets near the Boise Airport, the Boise Fire Department posted on social media.

Emergency responders were at the scene of a “reported building collapse,” the department posted on social media at 5:27 p.m.

Boise Airport operations were not affected, according to fire officials.

The Boise Police Department said it did not have more information, and Boise Fire did not immediately return the Idaho Statesman’s request for comment.
