BBC Northern Ireland weather presenter Angie Phillips has gave her final forecast after 30 years.
The broadcaster posted a message on Thursday, April 3, after fronting her final forecast and thanked colleagues, friends and viewers for their support over the years.
Posting on X, Angie said: "And the final outlook! Thank you to the BBC, Met Office, Meteogroup, friends & colleagues who have been so good to me but especially to the viewers, listeners, Weather Watchers & those on social media who have stayed tuned & connected over the years. Forever grateful. Angie."
One viewer replied: "Good luck with what you have coming next. I will definitely miss seeing you do the weather reports", as another added: "Really sorry to see you go, you will be missed."
A third said: "Wishing you all the best, Angie! May the sun shine brightly in your upcoming endeavours!"
Another viewer commented: "Happy retirement Angie, wishing you blue skies and sunny weather for the years to come", while a further said: "Wishing you all the very best Angie, thank you for all your shares and likes of my photos and including them in your reports."
BBC News Correspondent Mark Simpson posted: "Angie’s final day at BBC today. She’s been a ray of sunshine here for 30 years. Going to miss her."
After the messages of support flooded in, Angie added: "A bit overwhelmed with good wishes! Sorry, can’t keep up but would like to say a very big thank to everyone for getting in touch! You’ve all been great! Ax."
