Disney College Program, Flamingo Crossings Village (Disney)

BAY LAKE, Fla. – Applications are currently open for the Fall 2024 Disney College Program, which offers a unique Walt Disney World internship experience for students and recent graduates.

The program provides the chance to reside, learn and work at the resort, providing valuable skills and creating connections with peers from across the globe.

Participants not only gain hands-on experience but also benefit from professional development opportunities and social events, which set the stage for success in various career paths.

Beginning over 40 years ago, the Disney College Program has been instrumental in launching the careers of numerous leaders within Disney and beyond.

During the program, students get to live at Flamingo Crossings Village, a newly developed housing community located down the road from Walt Disney World. The complex, which first broke ground in 2018, is off State Road 429 and Western Way in Winter Garden. The community offers resort-style amenities, including two large swimming pools, a 24-hour fitness center, on-site bus transportation and entertainment areas.
